By using this website, creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase or continue using an account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to complete a purchase.

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or Breathe Love, investigate misuse or comply with law.

Breathe Love offers Monthly and Annual Ritual memberships and prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month gifts as described on the website and at checkout. Prices, shipping, renewal timing, first mailing and other material purchase details are shown before payment.

Memberships renew automatically until renewal is turned off as described in the Membership & Cancellation Terms. By completing checkout, you authorize the disclosed initial and recurring charges. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown during payment.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. A membership or gift purchase is not confirmed until payment and the corresponding order are successfully verified.

A gift is a one-time purchase for one recipient. It does not renew, and the recipient is never charged. The purchaser is responsible for the purchase and for providing a complete recipient name, mailing address and physical gift message.

The gift begins with the earliest eligible monthly Ritual after payment is confirmed and continues for the purchased number of consecutive monthly mailings. The personal message is printed for the first mailing only and is not included in email.

The purchaser may choose shipment notifications for the purchaser, the recipient or both. Recipient email is optional unless recipient notifications are selected. Recipient notices do not include prices, payment, billing or refund information. A recipient email is used for these notices only and does not create marketing consent.

Mailings are prepared according to the covered-mailing, cutoff, address and fulfillment rules described in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable mailing address and updating it before a mailing is prepared. International shipping charges and destination-country customs or import charges are described in the Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Future renewal can be turned off through My Account as described in the Membership & Cancellation Terms. Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged items and delivery concerns are handled under the Returns, Replacements & Refunds policy.

Use the website only for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy protected content at scale or use the website in a way that harms Breathe Love or others.

The Breathe Love name, branding, card designs, artwork, photographs, written content, prompts, practices and website presentation are owned by or licensed to Breathe Love and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal purchase of a ritual does not transfer commercial reproduction or distribution rights.

We work to keep the website and offerings available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may correct errors; maintain, update or discontinue website features; limit availability; or update future offerings when reasonably necessary.

We may revise these Terms. The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively, with additional notice when required.

Breathe Love provides reflective paper goods and practices for personal use. They are not medical, mental-health, therapeutic or professional advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms and policies. Breathe Love is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
