Privacy Policy

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mailing address, account credentials, marketing preference and messages you send us.

When you join or manage a membership or purchase a gift, we also keep records such as your selected offering, order and payment status, covered mailings, renewal status, mailing history and account activity.

For gifts, the purchaser provides the recipient’s name, mailing address, optional email address, personal gift message and shipment-notification preference.

Our payment provider processes payment-card details. Breathe Love does not need to store your complete card number or card security code in the application.

We may also receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as device or browser information, IP address, authentication information and diagnostic logs.

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts;
• process and reconcile payments;
• manage memberships, gifts and renewals;
• prepare and deliver mailings;
• provide account, payment and fulfillment notices;
• answer questions and provide support;
• prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;
• maintain, troubleshoot and improve the website; and
• send occasional marketing updates only when you have separately chosen to receive them.

Messages needed to operate your account, membership or gift—such as payment, renewal, account, mailing and service communications—are transactional and may be sent regardless of marketing preference.

When a purchaser requests recipient shipment notifications, we use the recipient email only for those selected transactional notices. Providing a recipient email does not create marketing consent for that recipient.

Marketing messages are optional and separate. We use your marketing preference only when you affirmatively select it. You may change that preference in My Account or follow the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing message when available.

We use service providers to operate the website, memberships and gifts, including providers for hosting and application services, authentication, payments, email or communications and other essential business operations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, meet legal obligations and protect their systems.

Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in under Google’s privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers as described above; when reasonably necessary to protect Breathe Love, our customers or others; in connection with a business reorganization; or when required by law, legal process or a valid government request.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide accounts, memberships and gifts, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and why it is needed.

You can review and update your name, marketing preference and mailing addresses in My Account. You may contact info@breatheloveritual.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information.

Some information may need to be retained for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security or other legal purposes. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request.

The website and its providers may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, security, account continuity, preferences and core website operation. Additional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced later, must be reflected in this policy and any consent controls required at that time.

Breathe Love is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The current version and last-updated date will remain available on this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
